All you have to do is register to eLibraryUSA by searching American Spaces Philippines Facebook Account, then click eLibraryUSA at the left side bar and fill-in Registration Form to eLibraryUSA. The required information are the following: First Name, Surname, Institution, Email Ad, then Click Submit. Your application will then be submitted to eLibraryUSA for approval. Just wait for 3 to 5 days and you will be notified through you email address, your log-in id and password. Mostly, your log-in ID is your email address.
Once you have your log-in ID and password, you can now go to the eLibraryUSA site at elibrary.state.gov and log-in, then Click RESOURCES at the top bar and select among the resources or online databases available from A to W (Academic OneFile to World History in Context).
If you want references on Thesis and Dissertations then choose Proquest Dissertations and Theses Global. Just discover each database and your problems on references will be solved.
